I moved Lion's post to this one as I would like to keep all questions and discrepancies of the Lore away from the actual threads. If you have a question please post it here. Thank you.

Over the years the people have managed to build a Massive outer wall, in defense of the city. This wall spans from the waterline in the south to the former Interstate 90, along the Interstate five, and back over bordering Lake Union and nearing the Needle, heading west and bordering the Sea. There are Three Entrances to the City, one to the South, another from the East, and finally one from the North. A newer wall appears to have been erected along the Waterline from the Sea, and there appears to be no Entrances. Modified Over the years the people have managed to build a Massive outer wall, in defense of the city. This wall spans from the waterline in the south to the former Interstate 90, along the Interstate five, and back over bordering Lake Union and nearing the Needle, heading west and bordering the Sea. It is composed of an inner reinforced concrete wall, roughly twenty feet. Around the concrete are scraps of sheet metal, iron, and anything considered strong enough. It appears as if the residents have used the remains of Seattle in order to accomplish this task. This extra work brings the wall to around 30 feet tall in most areas. There are Three Entrances to the City, one to the South, another from the East, and finally one from the North. A newer wall appears to have been erected along the Waterline from the Sea, and there appears to be no Entrances. This wall is made of reinforced steel and concrete, and is roughly 20 feet tall. Among all the walls are platforms here and there, from which the Protectorate can keep an eye on the surroundings.
